Refund policy

We ask all our customers to thoroughly check all the pictures and to read the item’s description and details before proceeding to purchase. We do not accept returns because of the customer’s personal preference.

Returns are possible in the following cases

・You have received an item different from the one you ordered

An Item cannot be returned or refunded in the following cases

・The item has been kept for more than 2 days after being delivered.

・It has been worn, washed or its condition has been altered in any way.

・It is missing an accessory it came with.

・It has been returned to us without prior notice.
